The Grocery Code Independent Reviewer, Chris Leptos AM, has released his first annual report in accordance with clause 37E of the Competition and Consumer (Industry Codes—Food and Grocery) Regulation 2015 (the Code).
Activities and key findings
The annual report sets out the Independent Reviewer’s activities for the reporting period and outlines key findings from the 2021 annual survey of Code signatories and suppliers, which was conducted from 27 September to 17 October 2021.
